Consulting & Set Up (One-Time Charges)
Websites
Initial analysis/ recommendations – $149
We’ll evaluate your current web presence—from your website, blog and traffic solutions, to your use of social media, email marketing, or however you are keeping in touch with (and growing) your audience, as well as giving you a full report of how your website is doing in terms of Page Rank, links from other sites, and overall Alexa rating (so you know where you’re starting from). This is a great option if you already have a website that just needs a few updates, and will give you a ton of information you can use to improve your site and start your own promotion.
Keyword Research/ Basic SEO – $249
What is the focus of your business? What words do you want to rank # 1 for when people are searching in Google (besides the name of the business itself)? Whether you’re selling pool supplies or offering plumbing services, you need your website to be optimized for a set of keywords that 1) has decent traffic and 2) is not overly competitive. Here’s an example: Given the hyper-competitive nature of the internet, a website that is optimized for the word “dog food” is going to easily be beaten by PetCo, whereas a website with proper keyword research and SEO can easily rank for terms like diabetic dog food, hypoallergenic dog food, or high protein dog food. Using properly-researched keywords to reach your specific niche is the only way to know what your customers are searching for so that you can make them find you!
This analysis includes a thorough keyword dictionary that you can use to create articles, to develop content for your site, and to use for building backlinks, and SEO for five main pages of your website, along with recommendations/ instructions for backlinking.
Basic WordPress Website Setup- $249
Want to completely throw out your current website, launching a new project, or don’t have a website at all? We will help you get set up with your own url, hosting, installation of WordPress (our recommended platform for ease of use/ updating your site), plugins, SEO, and a five-page site with your social media profiles and blog integrated (if you have these). If not, we can also set those up and manage them for you (see below).
Directory Submission/ Promotion – $249
Once your website is finished, you will need to get it “indexed” by the search engines so people can find it when they type in your keywords. The “Directory Submission/ Promotion” service submits your site to 140 search engines, submits your RSS feed to social bookmarking directories, online Yellow pages, and top 50 directories.
Website Development (consulting)- $100/ hour
If you have an idea for a website or need a complete redesign, we can find you a designer/ developer and work with you through the development process, starting with keyword/ SEO research through the design brief, all the way through to launch and promotion. Having knowledgeable people assist with your development process will most definitely save you thousands of dollars.
Building Your Social Media Presence
Once you have your website together, the next step is to get the word out about your business through social media like Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, with a blog, or through whatever form of outreach is appropriate to your target audience. Social media presence and outreach are essential to staying in touch with your existing customers as well as expanding your business.
Basic Social Media Setup – $249
This service set up of up to three profiles of your choice and basic networking of these profiles together with each other and your blog or website. We’ll also show you how they work and give you a schedule of when/ how to post updates.
Advertising
Facebook Advertising – $99 set up fee + your chosen budget
Facebook advertising is currently a very effective, inexpensive way to get the word out about your business, and works especially well for local businesses advertising within a 50 mile radius. Just tell us your budget and we’ll create and run your campaign for you. Facebook ad campaigns have a one-time set up fee, plus whatever you would like to spend on the buy, which must be paid in advance.
Google Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC)– $99 set up fee + your chosen budget
Google Ads (the ads that show up when someone types in a certain phrase) are another great way to get traffic to your site, but they can get very expensive during the “trial and error” phase of you learning to run them. By conducting keyword research, writing ads for you, and using Google’s different programs (like contextual advertising, where an ad appears in Gmail), we allow you to “hit the ground running” with your PPC, without the scary trial and error. Google Ad campaigns have a one-time set up fee, plus whatever you would like to spend on the buy, which must be paid in advance. PPC can be turned off at any time.
Monthly Maintenance – Monthly Maintenance Packages are minimum 3 months
Starter Package – $147 setup & $450/ month
The Basic Monthly Maintenance package will provide you with 1-2 status updates/day on 2-3 networks, deleting of unwanted spam, accepting friend requests/following back & basic profile management. This package can also apply to blog updates/ managing comments on your blog.
Business Package – $197 setup & $900/ month
The Business Monthly Maintenance package offers all the services in the Basic Monthly Maintenance package. This is an entry-level full service package where we assist you with content creation & distribution, audience building & reputation management on 3+ networks.
Executive Package – $247 setup & $2500 & up/ month
